Reminders that lock your apps until it's done
RemindLock is an iPhone reminder app for people who ignore reminders, built for ADHD: when a reminder is due, the apps you picked stay locked until you type “I did …” or reschedule it.

How it works
How it works in 3 steps
Set a reminder and pick the apps to lock.
A title and a time is all it needs. Add a first tiny step, why it matters, or how long it takes. When it's due, those apps lock.
Open one and you get the reminder instead, not a notification you can swipe away.Type “I did it” to unlock.
Or take a photo. Then your apps are back.

Why it works
Built for real days, not perfect ones
- Start small
- The block screen shows a first tiny step and how long it takes, like “Do dishes · 5 min”. Start a timer right from it.
- Room for real life
- Can't do it now? Move it with a reason, or drop it. There's a daily emergency unlock, and no streaks or guilt.
- Lock in for a while
- Start a focus lock for 1 minute to 12 hours, and extend it if you need more. A countdown on your Lock Screen shows what's left, and your apps unlock on their own.
- Private
- No account. Your reminders, reasons and photos stay on your iPhone. Privacy policy
Questions
- Can I cheat?
- Yes, on purpose: you can always drop a reminder or use the daily emergency unlock. It's built to add a little friction, not to be a prison.
- What if I can't do it right now?
- Move it to a new time with a short reason, up to twice per reminder, or drop it.
- Does it need Screen Time?
- Yes, Apple's Screen Time permission for individuals. RemindLock never sees which apps you pick.
- Can it lock Phone or Messages?
- No. Phone, Messages and the apps you always allow never lock.
